Megan Kist to Participate In Shakespeare Play at Campbellsville University

"Much Ado about Nothing," a comedy by William Shakespeare, will be performed by the Campbellsville University Theater department Feb. 21-23 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 24 at 3 p.m. in the Russ Mobley Theater of the Alumni Building, 114 University Drive, Campbellsville, Ky. Megan Kist, sophomore of Elizabethtown, Ky., will participate as actress.

The main plot of the play revolves around two sets of lovers, Benedick and Beatrice and Claudio and Hero. Claudio and Hero are a sweet young people who are madly in love and practically speechless of their love for one another. The love-hate relationship of Beatrice and Benedick features the "merry war" of the sexes. They depict extreme shallowness and scorn of love and marriage.

The play follows the adventures of the two couples.
