Noel of Bloomfield, Ky. receives award at Campbellsville University's Honors and Awards Day

2017 Jun 2

Campbellsville University honored students, faculty and staff who have gone above and beyond their calling at the recent annual Honors and Awards Day in Ransdell Chapel.

Awards were presented in categories of Special Awards, Academic Awards, Servant Leadership Awards, Honors Graduates, Alpha Chi, Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and Champions of Character.

"Today we gather to recognize special achievement," Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University, said on April 26 during the Honors and Awards Ceremony at Campbellsville University.

Carter explained the honors and awards ceremony was a way to honor students and faculty who had done just that.

Almost 600 students are also graduating this Spring semester, according to Carter.

According to Carter, Campbellsville University has, again, earned high ranks from U.S. News & World Report and has made the Annual Report of Americas Best Christian Colleges.

Awards were given as follows:
