Campbellsville University art professor introducing fall fabric line launch and exhibition until Oct. 1
Campbellsville, KY (09/23/2021) — Tori Christgen will be introducing her new fall fabric line, McCoy, at her faculty art exhibit at Campbellsville University's The Pence-Chowning Art Gallery, 205 University Drive, until Oct. 1.
Everyone is invited to the exhibition and artist talk.
Christgen will show inspiration and variation within palette as well as a room of black and white fabrics/furniture.
Christgen is an artist and professor with a vibrant and ever evolving relationship with the arts.
She can be found photographing the Rockies or strolling the canals of Amsterdam with drawing students. Perhaps she's in a Costa Rican jungle, studying the patterns of a giant boa or on a tropical beach recording the sunrise.
Or she is exploring her new home state, Kentucky, with new students and peers.
Christgen's multidisciplinary approach to art making and her zest for life combine to form passionate, vibrant works of art, that sit somewhere between fine art and street art.
Creating not only documents her adventures, but helps connect her to friends, old and new.
