Campbellsville University employees receive tenure and promotions

Campbellsville, KY (07/22/2020) — A number of Campbellsville University employees have received their tenure and promotions from the university's tenure and promotion committee and the academic committee of the Board of Trustees.

The professors who received tenure are as follows:

Dr. Harlan Scott, associate professor of biology; Dr. Charles Crain, assistant professor of business/chair of LEC business program; Dr. Jennifer Lanham, associate professor of social work; and Dr. Tom Bell, associate professor of sport management.

The professors who received promotions are as follows, followed by their new academic title:

Dr. Kimberly Mudd-Fegett, associate professor of social work; Dr. Joseph Budd, associate professor of criminal justice; Dr. Josiah Marineau, associate professor of political science; Dr. Kunsoo Shim, associate professor of sport management;

Dr. Justy Engle, associate professor of English; Dr. Valerie Flanagan, associate professor of education; Dr. Elisha Lawrence, associate professor of education; Dr. Sharon Hundley, professor of education; Dr. Ellen Hamilton-Ford, associate professor of early childhood education;

Rita Curtis, assistant professor of education; Dr. Steve Alston, professor of physics; Dr. William Budai, professor of piano; Amanda Cowherd Dickinson, assistant professor of business; Starr Garrett, professor of theater;

Hon. Bruce Singleton, associate professor of business; Jennifer Graham, assistant professor of business; and Dr. Carey Ruiz, associate professor of sociology.
