Campbellsville University offers C-Term classes for $99 per course
Campbellsville, KY (04/01/2020) — While the challenges of COVID-19 reign paramount across the United States, a group of generous university donors, along with a group of Campbellsville University administrators and faculty who have united to teach courses pro bono, have paved the way for a newly generated 8-week academic term, known as C-Term, that will launch April 6.
The 14 courses will run through May 30.
By offering these courses, the university will be able to offer for-credit courses for those students who qualify at $99 per course during this newly-generated term. Students may select up to two courses available during the C-Term period.

MAC 140 Introduction to Communication
MUS 125 Understanding Music
PSY 111 Introduction to Psychology
SOC 110 Introduction to Sociology
"Having faculty and administration combine and offer their teaching skills sets pro bono is an unprecedented action of servant leadership, which is a touchstone of who Campbellsville University is and what encompasses the fabric of our mission," Dr. Michael V. Carter, president, said.
Students who choose to take a course during the C-Term will only be charged $99 per course thanks to gifts from university donors.
"The courses will be delivered via distance learning and will stimulate minds, empower creativity and aid people in the opportunity to obtain for-credit courses that count toward graduation," Dr. Wesley Carter, associate vice president of university outreach, said.
