Michelli, internationally-recognized speaker, author and consultant, to give address at chapel Jan. 24
Campbellsville, KY (01/10/2024) — Campbellsville University will welcome Dr. Joseph Michelli as the featured speaker at the university's chapel at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
According to his biography, Michelli is "an internationally sought-after speaker, author, and organizational consultant who transfers his knowledge of exceptional business practices in ways that develop joyful and productive workplaces with a focus on customer experience."
Michelli is a Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Publishers Weekly, Nielson BookScan, and New York Times #1 bestselling author. He received his master's and doctorate from the University of Southern California.
Campbellsville University has announced its theme for 2024: "Serve with Excellence."
"Dr. Michelli is one of the great influencers in the world today in the area of service excellence," Dr. Joseph Hopkins, president of Campbellsville University, said. "He is a New York Times best-selling author who has been hired by the largest and most visible companies in the world, and it is incredible to think that he will be speaking to our students, faculty, and staff!"

Michelli has authored several books on leadership development and workplace engagement, including his latest book, "Stronger Through Adversity: World-Class Leaders Share Pandemic-Tested Lessons on Thriving During the Toughest Challenges."
Michelli holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA). He is a member of the Authors Guild, an editorial board member for the Beryl Institute's Patient Experience Journal (PXJ), and is on the founders' council of CustomerExperienceOne. Other achievements include winning the Asian Brand Excellence Award and being named one of the Top 10 thought leaders in Customer Service by Global Gurus.
