Campbellsville University's WLCU broadcast service has relaunched its FM radio station as "88.7 The Tiger." The special ceremony took place recently at CU's Tigerville Grille.

Campbellsville University's School of Nursing held two large medical clinics and two smaller clinics in Haiti on a mission trip July 23-29.

A total of 144 students, faculty and staff from Campbellsville University are serving in missions and ministry projects this summer. Students will serve at Springhill Camps, Crossings Camps, Go Tell Camps, LifeWay Centrikid, Week Hope, Camp Schafer, Center for Courageous Kids, LifeWay CentriFuge Camp, Christ in Youth, North American Mission Board, CU Crew, Ghana, Northern Ireland, LifeWay's Mission Fuge, mission trips to Thailand, Haiti Dallas KBC Acts 1:8, and others.

Campbellsville University's School of Theology took 36 students, faculty, family, friends or CU alumni to Israel and Jordan on a Holy Land tour, March 1-11, 2014.

Over 70 Campbellsville University students are spending their summer breaks serving others not only in Kentucky, but across the country and even the world. Several students are serving on mission trips, at church camps, vacation Bible schools, and as interns on church staffs. "Faculty, staff and coaches at CU are dedicated to the premise of encouraging and enabling our students to give of themselves in service to others in the name of Jesus Christ," John Chowning, vice president for church and external relations and executive assistant to the president, said. "Vision 2025-Preparing Christian Servant Leaders, CU's long-term plan, provides an ongoing map for CU's future that places emphasis on preparing a generation of Christian servant leaders who will be world changers for Jesus Christ," he said. Trips include two to Haiti (one with CU's School of Nursing), two to Florida, one to New York and one to Guatemala. Campbellsville University students are serving across Kentucky and across the globe during summer break. Students are serving at various church camps, interning in a church, serving on ministry teams and serving overseas.

A total of 46 Campbellsville University students and staff members will serve on five different mission teams during spring break in various parts of the United States including New Orleans, New York City, Michigan and two in Florida.
